Implants

BEFORE: This patient's front tooth was lost after multiple treatments that were unsuccessful.

AFTER: Following placement of an implant this patient's smile has been restored!

This patient was missing a second molar tooth that was replaced with an implant. Note the close match of the implant-supported tooth (marked with an arrow) to the natural tooth above it.

This is the same patient, different view. The implant-supported tooth is marked with an arrow. Note the natural appearance of the implant. The implant-supported tooth also feels like a natural tooth.

Photo 1: This patient was missing all lower teeth. Six implants were placed in the lower jaw to support a lower bridge.

Photo 2: A bridge was made by our dental laboratory.

Photo 3: This lower bridge has now been permanently cemented over the implants that were placed in the lower jaw (see photo 1). This treatment had a tremendous impact on this person's quality of life as she no longer has to struggle with a lower removable denture. Note a perfect match to the upper natural teeth.

This person had difficulty with a lower complete denture that would not stay in place even with the use of messy denture adhesives. Four implants were placed to provide anchors for the patient's existing removable lower denture.

Now this patient can "snap" their lower denture over implants thereby providing excellent retention without the fear of the denture coming loose during speaking or eating.
